Back from Orbit and already lining up the next rides

ScienceTaxi BioSpin has successfully returned from the ISS, proving reliable “Taxi Mode” operations for microgravity research. From launch to re-entry aboard SpaceX-33, all payloads remained fully operational - bringing back valuable samples and data. Now heading to Luxembourg for post-flight processing, ScienceTaxi is already preparing for its next missions - because access to orbit should be continuous, not occasional. 🚀

While preparations for two additional ScienceTaxi missions are already well underway, our very first #ScienceTaxi BioSpin has successfully returned from the International Space Station - #ISS.

Launched in September, ScienceTaxi truly lived up to its name in “Taxi Mode.” Even when the Cygnus NG-23 spacecraft took a longer route to the ISS, our payloads remained safe and fully operational thanks to continuous power and the autonomous control of temperature timelines and pump cycles inside the 38 ScienceShell mini-bioreactors. 🧬

After the successful internal transfer on the ISS from Cygnus to #SpaceX Dragon, ScienceTaxi has now safely returned to Earth aboard SpaceX-33, bringing back valuable scientific samples and mission data.

𝗔 𝗵𝘂𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀:
Astrobiome Space, SARL, Sophie's Bio, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 Teknologisk Institut 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 Sierra Space.

ScienceTaxi is now heading back to #Luxembourg for post-flight processing, before getting ready to head back to the ISS again later this year.
