Do you want to grow plants in space?

🌱 Do you want to grow plants in space?

We are going to do exactly that. πŸš€πŸŒΏ

The Rapunzel Project is heading this week to the International Space Station aboard SpaceX Crew-12 flight, and onboard are two Yuri-designed and developed greenhouse systems, flying inside Space Tango 2U CubeLabs.

With Rapunzel, we are pushing forward plant research in microgravity and the systems that make it happen - understanding growth behavior, environmental response, and how controlled cultivation systems can support future long-duration missions and sustainable space habitats.

These greenhouses were engineered, tested, and integrated by Yurinauts to operate autonomously in orbit. This is another example of how Yuri’s life-science hardware enables real research beyond Earth with the project timeline from kick-off to launch in a Year. Now that is NewSpace but faster.

A shoutout to our partners:
🀝 Space Tango
🀝 iLAuNCH Trailblazer
🀝 University of Southern Queensland
🀝 Axiom Space

We are incredibly proud of the team and excited to see Rapunzel take off.

Good luck to everyone involved! Let’s grow something extraordinary. 🌱✨
