In 2027, this pioneering research team will investigate how bone cells respond to microgravity aboard the commercial space station HAVEN-1. By studying the mechanisms behind bone loss in space, the project aims to generate valuable insights that could contribute to better understanding and treating osteoporosis on Earth.
At YURI, we are excited to enable this mission with our space research infrastructure and scientific support, helping researchers bring their experiments from the laboratory to low Earth orbit. Making microgravity accessible allows scientists to explore biological processes in entirely new ways and accelerate discoveries with real-world impact.
